Dr. Provines has had special training, both in the United States and in Italy, in bone manilpulation surgery related to dental implants. Often, bone can be manipulated at the time of placement of dental implants, which may avoid the need for bone grafting. Dr. Provines is also experienced in bone grafting procedures where there is insufficient bone support for the placement of dental implants
