Dr. Pechak's, as a matter of routine, will discuss the reasons for a procedure and the details of the procedure. If you hesitate, he will encourage you to seek a second opinion. He is deft with dental instruments. An important quality when you consider the nerve endings lurking just below the surface of your gums. He practices follow-up calls. He brings you back in for progress checks. He doesn't forget your name. In other words, he's prepared when you walk through the door.

His dental assistant, Chuckie, also did a great job, was friendly, and helped put me at ease. Same for the staff at the front desk.

I will definitely use Dr. Pechak again if I ever have other periodontal needs.

Since I was new to the area, Dr. Pechak even recommended a dentist group (Dr. Christine Hanson) - who I love. The two of them have provided me the best dental care.

I had no pain at all during and after procedure.The staff 's chairside manners were awesome.

Some inadequate grafts by one periodontist left me with worse gum recession than I had started out with, including a whopping 5mm of recession on one tooth! I found Dr Pechak on Dr Oogle and scheduled a consultation visit. Dr Pechak showed me before and after pictures of patients with similar conditions, whose gumlines he had completely restored.

Dr Pechak did an exquisite job on the surgery. Everything proceeded in a highly organized fashion, and there was no pain. Dr Pechaks attention to detail was evident throughout the surgery. He and his assistant worked together seamlessly. Also, Dr Pechak and his staff are very conscientious about proper hygiene practices, which I greatly appreciate.

Dr Pechak completely covered the full 5mm of recession on the one tooth and covered the root of another tooth in the same surgery. The recovery was much easier than with the previous grafts I had.

Dr Pechak and his staff are pleasant and friendly. Im almost sad to be done with my follow-up visits! I will go back for grafts on two more teeth in a few months. Dr Pechak is an exceptional surgeon, and Im very glad to have found him.

I was new to the area, and I desperately needed to get some periodontal and implant work done. I chose Dr. Pechak based on the reviews I read here, and it was absolutely the correct decision.

After a very thorough scaling and root planing, and a pain-free pocket reduction procedure, I was ready to start the implantation process. Dr. Pechak extracted my hopeless front tooth, performed a wildly successful bone graft, and recently placed the implant.

Throughout all of my procedures, Dr. Pechak was extremely professional, in both his hands-on skills and his caring attitude. He explained every procedure to me thoroughly beforehand, he made sure I felt no pain during, and he called to confirm that I was doing alright afterwards. He was even reachable at nights and on weekends, when I became scared by the post-operative swelling of my face. (There was never any pain, just a swelling that subsided within a few days.)

Three years ago I needed more implants but couldn't afford the fees for grafting bone in mi upper jaw and resort then to have them done in Costa Rica, at a small fraction of the cost here. At my request they did 5 implants without bone grafting. One of them failed and Dr. Pechak extracted it and performed a bone graft at an exceedingly low cost to help me out, with perfect results!

Then he proceeded to place 2 implants where the failed one was, and in the same operation --to reduce costs-- placed an implant where one of my front teeth (highly visible) had to be replaced.

I feel grateful to Dr Pechak for going the extra mile to help me to keep my mouth operational and good looking at a cost that is in no way related to his cutting edge skills and the service he provides.

I tell everybody that asks me for a dental surgeon to see Dr Pechack before any other, or as a second opinion.

I love his german precision and his consideration in explaining all the choices in a given situation and the procedure he is going to do.

His expert surgical skills and great knowledge of available synthetic bone materials have completely filled the hole in my gum and produced superb results!

Dr. Pechak was fantastic - he explained the process, showed me examples of past patient results, let me know what to expect in terms of the post surgery results re: pain, swelling, healing and answered all my questions.

Additionally, Dr. Pechak followed up with me consistently after each operation to ensure that I was doing fine.

I have already recommended him to others and would give him the highest rating in terms of knowledge, expertise, patient care and overall professionalism and demeanor.

On another note, I really appreciate the fact that I would walk in and be seen immediately. The room and staff were already prepared and I never had to wait. Everybody's time is valuable and I felt that I was valued as a patient.

I've already referred several co-workers to Dr Pechak and he will be my first choice if I should ever need another implant.

Much to my pleasant suprise, it was just fine! Dr. Pechak did a great job of relieving anxiety by thoroughly explaining the procedure with accomanying photos of "before and after". There was no pain involved in the procedure, nor the recovery period. Dr. Pechak was concerned with my mouth because a few of the teeth had some pretty deep cavities, but the grafting was effective in dealing with this. The front desk staff and general office ambiance is pleasant and welcoming.

This procedure is not cheap, but I don't feel Dr. Pechak charges any more or less than anyone else.

In the pre-op exam, Dr. Pechak did a very good job in explaining the procedure and thoroughly answering questions I had. The procedure itself went well; I appreciated Dr. Pechak's explanations of what he was doing as he progressed through the procedure. He and his assistant also checked with me periodically throughout the procedure to ensure that I was not in pain. After the procedure was completed, I was pleased with the initial results of the gum grafts. The post-op also went well; I had no pain in the recovery period which I think was attributed to being given good advice both verbally and in the information provided by Dr. Pechak in the post-op package.

Dr. Pechak administered a flawless injection and he and his team members continuously asked if I was comfortable. During the procedure, Dr. Pechak kept me posted as to the progress of the surgery. He sent me home with a little "care package" that included mouth rinse, emergency phone numbers, and instructions. I had very little post-operative discomfort and he even called me that evening to see how I was feeling.

Not being familiar with the procedure, Mr. Pechak did a great job of explaining and made me feel at ease in the process. I'm extremely happy with the results of the procedure and have not had any problems since.

I saw Dr. Pechak for a 'crown lengthening' procedure. As a US Citizen born in Europe, any trip to the Dentist I find terrifying and have fear and expectations of PAIN!

NO PAIN no trauma! The staff there is amazing, held my hand the whole way! I can only describe Dr.Pechak's technique as 'light-handed' like a feather, I barely knew he was working -- Dr. Pechak's gentle, nimble skills and experienced techniques which evolve around a minimally invasive approach to my gum tissue left me at home wondering what I was so terrified about! VERY MINOR discomfort and I had a lot of work done! I never took my pain medication as it was not needed and my complete recovery -within a day or so - much sooner than my expectations.

In closing, my General Dentist, Dr. Varjan quoted that he was 'extremely pleased' with his work and commended him for making his job easier.

Dr. Pechak thoroughly discussed pre-, interim and post procedures. He was very honest about expected pain, swelling & recovery time. The personal phone call to my home post-procedure was very appreciated as well.

His staff is very professional and engaging. I wouldn't equate the facility to a health spa in that the environment is entirely different not to mention the procedures rendered are differnet. Although the valium did help me relax! I would say that the facilities are clean, sterile where required, and very pleasant.

I highly recommend Dr. Pechak to any individual in need of periodontal work.
