Dr. Grace has an excellent chair-side manner. She did an excellent job replacing a front crown that looks like my real tooth! I have no problem going in for cleanings, as the experience is stress-free. I have had a couple of fillings done also, as I hadn't been to a dentist in a while before I started seeing Dr. Chyuwei. All work was completed rather effortlessly. The staff is nice, and tries to be helpful. The office is very clean and the garden setting outside each room is very relaxing.

I received a cleaning and a filling from Dr. Chyuwei. Her chair-side manner was extremely professional yet comforting. She worked efficiently while maintaining the utmost concern for my comfort and health. I like to know what is happening and why and she took the time to explain to me all the details I cared to know. I've never felt so relaxed in a dentist office before.

About Hygienist: The assistants were satisfactory. Dr. Chyuwei hires competent help.

Dr. Grace recently placed Lumineers on me. I love my new smile. I can't believe the difference it makes. The whole experience was wonderful. I walked into a calm, soothing waiting room where the desk staff greeted me with a smile. I have rarely had more than a few moments wait before I was taken back to the dental chair. Everything was thoroughly explained to me from my treatment to the insurance coverage and my portion of the fee. Her staff are efficient and knowledgeable. It was painless and I now have a wonderful smile. I would recommend Dr. Grace for anyone considering cosmetic dentistry!

About Hygienist: Catherine was super friendly and gentle. She makes me laugh. The cleaning was thorough and I love the clean feel of my teeth after she was done.

All the staff are friendly and does a great job from front desk reps to assistants.

Dr. Grace corrected all the mistakes from my previous dentist. It was worth spending the money. I can now smile again!!!

Both Dr. Grace & Dr. David are very patient with my questions and provide great comfort in helping me reduce my anxiety with cavity fillings. The staff is very friendly and makes the place very welcoming. I especially like the newest member to the clinic, Kamila. During my last dental cleaning, she was very gentle with the flossing.

I moved to this area around 2 years ago and are very satisfied with what I have discovered The Tooth Spa. I highly recommend Dr. Grace & Dr. David and The Tooth Spa to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

My Exprience at Toothspa was very relaxing. Both Dr. David and Dr.Grace see my children,Husband and I. They provide the best quality of work that is necessary for my Family. My oldest Son was very tramatized with Dentist until he started going to Toothspa. Now when he goes to see Dr.David he enjoys his visits.

Dr.Grace is very gently she makes you feel very comfortable before she start any Dental

work. Their staff are very nice, and the front Desk always welcomes you with a Great Smile. Overall I'm very pleased with my Dentist.

I went to see Dr. David after seeing the good review. The

environment is good. Relaxing music in the entrance.

The operation is smooth. No pain. I asked Dr. David

several questions and he answered them clearly.

The assistant is also very nice.

He gave me some followup suggestion and his clerk

helped calculate the cost of insurance and copay for

this year considering the annual insurance limit for

the suggested operation in a printout. Quite clear.

Drs. Grace and David Chyuwei are the nicest dentists I have ever gone to. I used to dread dental visits and went for cleanings every 1-2 years. Now I actually look forward to my appointments every 6 months. Not only are they nice, but they use this very cool water technique for cleanings which is pleasant and has amazing results. Both doctors are warm, pleasand and only schedule one patient at a time so they are not leaving you in the chair for 30 minutes while they attend to other patients. I have never been left waiting for more than a couple of minutes from the time I walk in. Facilities are clean and modern. They did a front crown for me which looks better than anything I had done before. They also did an amazing job with the Zoom whitening - I had no discomfort and they even did an extra dose of whitening to make sure I got the results I really wanted. First class all around.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grace Chyuwei for more than 2 years, and my experience has been ultimately positive. She has demonstrated her professional excellence in a broad variety of treatments, from a complicated cantilever bridge installation to routine cleanings. Her movements are accurate and precise, her touch is light - she has a gift of making dental procedures painless. Dr. Grace, as she prefers to be called, is personable, gentle, and caring. The receptionists, Sandra and Carol, are very responsive and always polite; nurses are helpful and professional. The office is very well equipped; furniture and decorations are tasteful; the patio garden is very pleasant to watch.

To summarize, I highly recommend Dr. Grace Chyuwei's dental services with no reservation.

I had a broken bond on a fixed retainer and initially approached Dr. Chyuwei to get it fixed. They were able to get me into the office quickly. When I arrived, I was greeted by smiles by the staff which was very comforting. The office is nicely decorated and it feels modern and comfortable.

Dr. Grace repaired my broken bond. She is very kind and was gentle during the procedure. I must say that her bond is much better feeling in the mouth than my other remaining bonds.

Since then, I've returned to have a general checkup and cleaning. Dr. David did the checkup and was very thorough yet gentle during checkup and cleaning.

One of the staff performed the x-rays and the polishing. Normally, I don't enjoy x-rays because of the film always seems to jab my mouth somewhere. This time, the staff was able to keep the pain very minimal.

The entire team works skillfully well together, are very courteous and kind, and are very highly recommended.

Dr. Grace is very nice and skilled for cleaning; both my kids and I like her very much. But two things made me unhappy:

1. They always charged me about $70 besides insurance payment for routine cleaning every time, which I never had from former dentist and my co-workers never got paid from their dentists with the exact same insurance.

2. I had one very small wisdom tooth, Dr. David did extraction, and it took more than one hour and made me uncomfortable more than one week. I did wisdom tooth extraction before this time, did not have the same bad feeling.

She is very kind and pleasant. The other people who work there are also very sweet. I forgot to cancel my appointment the first time and they weren't rude because of that when I apologised later unlike other businesses i've been to..

The service is very good and its a neat, clean and cozy place...

It might be slightly on the pricier side though.

Both my wife and I go to the toothspa in Sunnyvale. My wife visits Dr. David and I visit Dr. Grace. I think that the toothspa is the best dentist office that I have gone to. So far I am satisfied with how Dr. Grace performs her treatment. My first visit was for cleaning and that went smooth. My second was for cavity filling and that went smooth too !

The cost seems to be okay. Not sure because I haven't been paying much attention to my previous dental visit costs.

Dr. Grace is also the friendliest dentist that I have visited. She treats you like you are a personal friend. Most other dentist only see you as a patient.

The staff at the toothspa is also great. Carol and Sandra does a great job.

The dental office itself is very good. They have a very big LCD TV in the waiting area. The colour-scheme was chosen to make you feel like being in the seaside. I wished they had more fishes in the aquarium though. And maybe if they cleaned the aquarium a little the fishes would be more happy in it.

For cleanings and more serious work (crowns), our entire family goes to Drs. Chyuwei. Both doctors are quite skilled, concerned, respectful, and efficient. My 6-year-old son has been twice with no complaint (or cavities, yet!) and my husband and our two teen sons have been as well. Everyone is happy with the service.

I was especially impressed with their concern for pain control. When I told Dr. David that I have a lot of pain from procedures and the injection of anesthetic, he took great care to inject the medication VERY slowly so that I felt nothing at all. I thought his arm would fall off as he held up the syringe over a minute to minimize the pain of the injection. All that, and he didn't even make me feel like a wimp for wanting to avoid pain. What more can you ask for?

I have had a cleaning done by Grace, and then a couple weeks later three fillings done by David. The service and atmosphere were pleasant both times. I'm not sure how much dentists usually cost but to get one filling done is $128 (before insurance, if you have it). I was a happy surprised to find that Grace did the cleaning as usually I have had hygenists do that. The front desk operations were quick, easy, and clear.

Grace was very patient, and took time to show me the proper way to brush inorder to remove plaque at my gum line. Also was very gentle and I had virtually no pain when I left. Was very nice breaking the news to me that I had a cavity and then reassured me that I take very good care of my teeth. I truely enjoyed having Grace as my dentist.

David was the one who took care of my cavity and he was also very pleasent. He talked me through the painfull part of the procedures (which for me was the needles) and the actual drilling and such was not too bad. He also was very gental, which allowed for quick healing and minimal bruising.

I highly recommend the Tooth Spa for general dental proceedures. The staff are very pleasent, the atmosphere is great, and the care is exceptional.

This is the first time that I found a dentist that fit my needs. Dr. Grace and Dr. David from Toothspa offered me exactly the service that I was expecting.

On my first visit, I was nicely surprised by the ambience of the clinic. The office was very nice but what I found most appealing was the team of staff and drs. The staff and Drs. were very friendly and were very helpful in helping me understand processes and costs. Dr. Grace listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained my needs and options. She was very kind and very explanatory. I felt that I was going to be well taking care of.

On my second visit, Dr. Grace briefed me once again on the situation that I was having and started to work on my teeth. She was very aware of my reactions and had a light touch, which made my treatment very pleasant.

I have yet to go to my third appointment with Dr. David whom I also spoke to on my last visit. When a dentist explains to you with a smile what is going to happen and why it is happening, you feel well taking care of and that's what matters to me the most.

Since then, I have recommended both my roomates and coworkers that were in need of a family dentist. My roomate went last week and was equally pleased.
