Dr. Ban is amazing! She was my daughter's first dentist and she was 4 yrs. old. She let the staff and Dr. Ban take her in the room and clean her teeth and take x-rays. She was not scared and loved the whole experience. My daughter then watched me get a filling. Dr. Ban has pictures for proof. Dr. Ban is quick, not painful and the staff and surrounding make you feel comfortable and calm. She is the best from my years of searching for a GREAT Dentist.

I have been Dr. Kathleen's patient for a long time. She is very patient and always answer my questions. She did all my dental treatment for me. Now I see Dr. Fox and Dr. Shadi for cleaning. They are very detailed and gentle with cleaning. Dr. Kathleen still sees me when I need fillings. I like her office. Her staffs are nice and feels like family. I always like to go to her office. It's very clean and I don't have to wait.

Dr. Ban is a very nice dentist, she always remembers you and does quality work. However, I think her practice is growing a lot and so after the first or second visit, you no longer see Dr. Ban, but have to get service from her other assistant doctors. :(

Dr. Ban is very professional and patient she explanes procedures in very tiny details. The only things are 1)she is getting too busy and do not have enought time to answer all questions and 2)her front desk person tend to overcharge you so calculations not accurate. If you want to make an apointment with Dr. Ban you have to clearly state it because they schedule it to any other available Dr. and do not tell until you come and see.

Dr Ban's work on my front tooth implant was outstanding. Her attention to detail and getting the opinion of other staff in her office was touching. She was determined to find a match and is currently assisting me in the other crowns nearby so the color tone will be even and not noticable to the critical eyes of others....I would recommend her and her staff as great !!!
About Hygienist: The room has flowers on the ceiling and a cable tv to watch.The cleaning is high powered and pain free.Your mouth will feel extra fresh afterwards and the staff have you rinse with a variety of fluoride afterwards.

Before I met Dr. Ban I had the biggest fear of dentists. Just the thought of seeing a dentist would cause such anxiety that I just learned to chew on whichever side of my mouth wasn't hurting. When it got to the point that I was in so much pain that I couldn't chew at all, a friend talked me into trying her dentist, Dr. Ban. Desperate, I did. I had so much tooth decay in my molars that I thought I was going to need dentures by the time I was 25. I was so stressed about the pain, (and the cost!) that I begged her just to pull them out. The first thing she told me was not to worry. She understood my frustrations, and pain, and she put me at ease. She saved almost ALL of my teeth. Her and her staff have become extensions of our family. They are all so kind, and gentle. They get to know their patients personally, they actually care about you. I don't feel afraid when going to the dentist, I feel like I am going to visit friends. It is that comfortable. They go out of their way to make sure that you are healthy and happy. They stay late for emergencies, they squeeze you in on busy days, whatever it takes. I could not ever thank Dr. Ban (or her staff ) enough for what they have done for me.

I choose Dr Kathleen Ban based on the review from this site since it is very close to my place. Turned out I had one of my best dental experiences. Doctors are very nice there, and the service is very prompt. My first visit, including new patient sign-up, taking x-rays, deep cleaning, and filings all take 1.5 hours. Both Dr. Ban and Fox worked on my teeth, and I like them both.Dr Kathleen is an adorable person, she is elegant, knowledgable, and extremely nice. I think her personality really helps me feel relaxed at the dentist's office. Also, she explained a lot of stuff around teeth particular to my conditions, things that other doctors either took a long time to explain or never care to do so. Overall, my experience is very positive, and I highly recommend this facility. Also, cost is extremely reasonable, and in fact, probably the cheapest service I had to pay out of pocket for my dental visit in the past 8 years.

Dr. Ban veneered my top 6 front teeth. I did not have one moment of pain. I have had nothing but compliments on my "new teeth". I am very happy with my new smile! Dr. Ban's office runs like a well oiled machine. I have never sat longer than 5 minutes in her waiting room. She has a great chairside manner. Explains procedures in detail and gets your work done when she says it will be done. Her staff is very attentive and Susan, her office manager handles the front desk, including insurance issues with ease. I highly recommend Dr. Ban and Park Saratoga Dental to all!

I was having severe right lower jaw pain. I had been seen by two previous dentists, both had done xrays and could not find anything wrong with my teeth. I had received a dangerous injection behind my ear to block nerve pain in my right lower jaw. I was desperate to say the least. Dr. Ban was recommended by a colleague. I called the office, they saw me on an emergency basis and worked me in. Dr. Ban was able to find hidden decay under my old fillings that the other two dentists had missed. After a root canal and crown I no longer have the severe jaw pain! Dr. Ban and her staff are working on other dental problems I have now and they are always courteous and as gentle as possible. They always discuss care plans with me before proceeding. Sure no one likes going to the dentist. But if you have to go I highly recommend Dr. Ban and her very caring and friendly staff!

Dr.Ban is our family doctor for recent two years. We have regular clean and check-up done in her office and are very happy with the results. We never feel any stress/pains, which usually will be here when you talk about any visit to a dentist office (even for a regular clean). My kids don't hesitate to go to Dr.Ban's office to have their regular clean and checkup. Most impresive is Dr.Ban's skill on tooth extraction. Actually, the first time for us to visit her office was to have my daughter's severerly damaged (cavity) tooth removed. The tooth had been removed before my daughter feel anything! This encouraged my wife to have her wisdom teeth extracted, which also turned out to be very fast and painless!

I love Dr. Ban!! I have been seeing her for a couple of months now. I was referred to her from a co worker. She was really friendly and took her time explaining all the treatment I needed. She has very up to date technology, and the office was very clean and organized. On my first visit, I was a little surprised that another Dr. was going to do my cleaning. I learned my lesson and for all my following appointments, I made sure that I would see Dr. Ban. Rachael (the assistant) was really nice helping me figure out how to use the Direct TV and was great company while I was waiting for the doctor. Kelly(another assistant) was also great while taking xrays. I have a very sensitive gag reflex. The same can't be said for the receptionist Susan. She wasn't very welcoming and didn't explain my insurance benefits to me very well. All she did was hand me a paper with all these red marks on the teeth. I felt pressured to make an appointment as soon as possible. Overall I have enjoyed the few visits I have had and will refer everyone I know to see Dr. Ban.

Dr. Ban is an excellent dentist. I was out west visiting my family when I mentioned to my sister I had a tooth pain. She highly suggested that I see Dr. Ban who saw me on short notice. She immediately performed work, doing some fillings, replacing an old filling and rush-ordered a crown for my fractured tooth which was causing my pain. She explained everything she did and was gentle, caring and precise. I really appreciated that she got the work done fast since I had to head home to New York. Her staff also was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Ban to serve your dental needs.
