Dr. Tsai has been and is the best dentist I've ever had. She is highly skilled amd knowledgeable and believes in continuous education. Dr. Tsai's willingness and ability to explain dental-related topics is amazing. She proves to be meticulous and diligent in her work. Dr. Tsai has a special way to help make the patient feel comfortable and relaxed. Her affable, gentle and caring manner is perpetual. Dr. Tsai recently did a root canal for me. It was my first, so naturally, I was bit apprehensive. Surprisingly, it was literally pain-free! And, trust me, I have a very low threshold for pain. Over the years, Dr. Tsai's also done several crowns and cavity-fillings for me, all of which have turned out beautifully with no issues whatsoever.Dr. Tsai' staff are super helpful and accommodating. The office itself was remodeled and expanded a few years ago and is most attractive.For the last 10+ years, I'm glad to say that Dr. Tsai has been my dentist. I will certainly continue to place the health of my teeth in the hands of Dr. Tsai.

Dr Tsai has a very soothing attitude. She explained everything clearly. Her staff is also very nice and helpful. The facility has updated and modern equipment and very clean. The fee seems a little high to me compared to my last dentist.

All billing is done electronically, we cant go any faster! Once all insurance claims have cleared and any questions are address the refunds are issued immediately. Dr. Tsai has been practicing for over thirteen years, graduated with honors from UOP and continues to educate herself at the prestigious post-graduate LVI. Just left Dr. Tsai's office. I drove two cities away to see her, because she was the only dentist near me (san mateo) with a high rating. And let me just say, I'm sure glad I did. Her office took me the next day, and they were very prompt once I arrived. Dr. Tsai was very courteous and explained my results and work detail in a manner that was descriptive, yet clear and concise. She had a way of making me feel at ease (which is something I can't say for several of my prior dentists) and comfortable. I was also impressed by the manners and competence exhibited by her staff.I would gladly recommend her services for anyone else who dreads seeing the dentist.

Dr. Tsai is really great. I've just had routine cleanings, but she's always been reasonably priced--I used to go to some dentists in downtown SF and their prices were much higher. She also really nice and she has never pressured me to get work done that I didn't think I needed. The office staff is pleasant.

I had the best experience here! The entire office is all very clean, modern, and comfortable. I hardly waited before being asked to the exam room. The staff were all very friendly and well coordinated. The dentist took time to explain what she was going to do beforehand and counselled me briefly afterward regarding my future treatments. I left feeling well taken care of!

Fantastic!!! Dr. Tsai is an amazing doctor! My visit was pain-free (and I had a root canal!), relaxing and pleasant. Her staff is wonderful! They were friendly, helpful, enjoyable to talk to and very professional. She has the latest equipment. With her digital x-ray you get to see the images yourself as she explains the procedure. I found this very comforting and a sign of honesty. She and her staff are very conservative when it comes to treatment. Meaning, she is not trying to sell you dentistry you don't need. I love it! On top of all that she has a great referral program. Free gift cards! I also got my teeth whitened for free because I was a new patient! After my visit I called back and made appointments for my two children.
