I had a great experience with Dr. Provines. I came to see him from out of town for lip repositioning surgery. He was very kind and took the time to answer all my questions. He was encouraging when I was nervous and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. He called me the evening after the surgery to make sure everything was ok. The staff in his office were always professional and welcoming. I am happy with my results and I would recommend Dr. Provines to anyone seeking this procedure. Jen, Eugene, OR

Joe was great with me. I have a complete mouth restoration done and he did all my implants. I had a few problem areas and we had to re-do 1 implant 3 times, but he never gave up. The process took over 2 years to complete and I was in his office 3-5 times a month. He is gentle, caring and very skilled. After each surgery he called me at home to make sure everything was OK and made himself available if there were any problems. His staff was wonderful every time I went in. They treat you like family and go out of their way to make you welcome. Debi

I love Dr. JP, he's the greatest! I can't say enough about him.He makes everything right. He goes out of his way to be accommodating. He has the best hands in his line of work. He's just a great guy with a wonderful sense of humor; but more importantly, he knows his business. His reputation precedes him, he's that good!! I trust him explicitly and you should too. I consider myself very fortunate to have him in my life. My hygienist, Colette is wonderful, she is very thorough and always puts my dental health first. Besides being very gentle, she makes the visit(s) painless and comfortable. Dr. JP's staff members are courteous and very accomplished professionals in a friendly way. Dentist - Very compationate, patient and understanding. Procedures - gum surgeries, implants, cleaningsBilling, insurance help - excellentChair-side manners - excellentHygienist - excellent, except probably created indent in exposed rootFront desk - nice, not extremelly helpfulCost - very expensiveWonder though if gum surgeries could have been avoided. If I knew then what I know now about teeth cleaning I think at least some of them could have been avoided .

Dr.Provines did my bone grafts and gum surgery over 10 years ago. I truly appreciate his calm, kind and business-like bedside manner. I'm not there for entertainment or a bunch of chit chat. He is very pleasant and attentive to the patient, but more importantly, teeth and gums. Very conservative approach, excellent care and results. Under-promises and over-delivers.I get all my teeth cleaning by Diane (4 x year). She is very gentle in her demeanor but does not hesitate to take care of business (again which is why I am there.) She always is thinking of ways to ensure my comfort and seek solutions to whatever I may express about my dental needs. I had many pockets 4,5s and 6s (if you know what that is) and it's not even mentioned anymore so everything is stable or improved to no more than 4s. And, personally, Yvonne at the front desk is very professional and considerate. You will be in good hands at this office.

At first I was very nervous at the thought of getting implants. Dr. Provine's chair-side manners and encouragement gave me the confidence to proceed. I could tell that Dr. Provine's patients were important to him. I had lost my bite on one side requiring 5 implants. There was very little discomfort, and I would do it again if necessary. I feel that I received excellent care with a professional who takes pride in his work. The staff was supportive, and professional as well. I couldn't be happier with my results.

Patient Review 7:
I was recently reffered to Dr. Provines for extraction of my four lower front teeth. In the mean time I had to have a molar removed before the front teeth. Friends had told me about experiences they had and I planned to use sedation on the front teeth. I did the molar without sedation (local only) and found it was no big deal. I have had more discomfort from fillings. I have now had the four front ones done without sedation. This guy is great. The cost while not cheap was below what my friends pain for the same procedure. Another dentist I had visited said I was not a candidate for implants because of bone structure. Dr. Provines proved him wrong. I am very pleased with the experience.Mike O'ConnorSan Jose, CA
