7 1/2 year old female presents with protruding lower incisors that result in an anterior crossbite (underbite). A 4mm wide maxillary diastema is present along with gingival recession on lower incisors. The lower left permanent incisors is loose!
After
First phase treatment lasted 12 months to correct the underbite and close excess spaces. Phase II finishing treatment may be needed in the future depending on how the side teeth erupt. She still has 12 primary teeth at this stage but looks good.
