14 year old male with narrow upper jaw and insufficient vertical overlap of incisors (openbite). Molars and bicuspids on right side are too far forward creating excess horizontal overjet and upper midline shift to the left. Left side molars are OK.

A single bicuspid on the upper right side was removed to correct the dental midlines and reduce the incisor protrusion. A palatal archwire was used to slightly widen the upper archform. Treatment duration was 19 months.
