I was apprehensive about all the slick monitors and video loops running, but they do NOT put on the hard sell and the videos are informative. It is nice to know that if I did want cosmetic dentistry I could get it from my own dentist. I had the basics done and they were done well.

I would love to continue to see him if I hadn't have to move out of the area.

Good: Some of the workers are excellent: friendly, willing to take extra effort. Routine fillings were well done. No pain problems. Clean office.

Mixed: Went there based on one-day crown availability. Received one that was good, one fell apart and required a second trip (after having to wait several days), got one that did not fit, and had another that took several days to obtain.

Bad: The worst is the billing: many errors, all of them in the direction of benefitting the dentist. Misleading information given about how much one's insurance will pay, billing the insurance twice for same procedures, failing to provide data required by insurer, resulting in insurance non-payment. Aggressive strong-arming for major money up front (not just for crowns). Patient charged for procedures already paid in advance. When bill is questioned by the patient, threats of sending account to collection agency.

The whole practice is overbearingly marketing-driven. The office decor is solely photos of his work and piles of sales literature, overhead TV running film loops of him talking.

I trust his assesment of my teeth, and trust that the work he does will be of the best quality.

He became quickly aware of my fear of pain, and would always go the extra step to make sure that I was comfortable with every procedure. I was very impressed with his ability to remember that anxiety and pay special attention to it.

His hygienist is also outstanding. My teeth have never been in better shape thanks to her recommendations. Very friendly and helpful at every visit.

Im kind of spoiled and need lost of attention. If im ccold they give me a blanket .

All of my life I have always covered my mouth when I smiled because I was embarrassed about my teeth; not anymore! I work in a very public place and every day several people comment on my beautiful teeth and smile. I cannot even begin to tell you how much this means to me-I love to smile and laugh and now I can - freely and without thinking to first cover my mouth; I wish I had done it years ago.

He is extremely sensitive to the patients comfort at all times  I am a big pain coward so this is very important to me.

All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient; everyone is included in the fun!

I like the fact that it is not a large office  too busy and hectic  not helpful when people are already anxious about going to the dentist.

If anyone is even thinking about having veneers done - run, don't walk, to see Dr. Sevely!! It really can change your life.
