His office staff was also very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Also, there wasn't a long wait. The whole office makes one feel like a special client , rather than a number.

When I met with Dr. Wong, he took the time to review my history and make recommendations as to the best course of action. I never felt he was rushing. Once we began the treatment, he went above and beyond to make sure that I felt ZERO pain and that I was totally comfortable - including a heated neck pillow, a blanket and the movie of my choice during the procedure!

The results are spectacular!

The Doctor does excellent cosmetic work and I don't exaggerate when I say his dentistry is virtually pain-free! Cosmetically, the Dr. has a lovely aesthetic: understated, natural and elegant.

The office is a first-class operation w/ a great atmosphere. That pleasing aesthetic sensibility again figures in soothing d￩cor: Nature, fountains, art, pleasing colors, sounds and smells  not to mention the smiling faces of his staff who are always willing to help  all contribute to a wonderful experience that seems more spa-like than dental.

Dr. Wong is kind, bright, and competent, and he in turn hires kind, bright and competent people. They all work harmoniously together and treat the patients immensely well. What a lucky person I was to find Doctor Wong, because he *is* an Artist in what he does, and he is a Perfectionist as well.

He and his staff made me feel very easy from the very first minute I walked into his office, the office is a spa like, and what the most important, the doctor truly knows what he is doing, he listens to your ideas and concerns and he offers advises on how to make your smile look the most striking and natural at the same time.

That being said, basically Dr Wongs office, staff and service is GREAT. I have no dental problems because of their guidance, I have a great smile (need to use it more at times) because of the veneers created by him and can rely on them in an emergency (proven, I lost front temp veneer at work once, fixed next morning).

My husband absolutely hated going to the dentist and I finally persuaded him to try Dr. Wong. Not only has his dental work been significantly improved with replaced fillings and crowns that were badly needed, but he trusts Dr. Wong as part of his team of health professionals. We both constantly reccomend Dr. Wong to anyone who needs dental work.

I had a great deal of dental work that needed to be done. Dr. Wong collaborated with me in creating my treatment plan and he presented options for my dental care. I always receive a follow-up call after treatments and it's appreciated. I'm extremely pleased with the work that he's done.

By the way, the warm neck pillow, the environment and the attitude of the entire staff always insures that my visits are as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Wong is personable, happy, has a great 'bedside' manner and everyone on his staff is also cheerful and so polite. Their customer service is just so professional, and geniunely friendly and cheerful. To lessen anxiety on every visit, they also fit you with a heated neck pillow and if your'e cold, they'll put a blanket on you.

I have always disliked going to the dentist because I needed to go so much as a kid. I love going to Dr. Wong's office, it is relaxing and everyone is so nice. They do make you feel at home!

Dr. Wong is extremely conscientious, and always makes me feel like I'm the most important patient on earth. His engaging manner and the welcoming manner of his staff make my dental experiences very enjoyable, and I actually look forward to my visits to the SMCCD.

A funny story: I moved to Australia and went to a dentist there and he said, "you must have had these crowns done in America," I asked how he knew that and he said it was because the workmanship was so precise and beautifully done.

Of course, it was all done by Dr. Wong.

I just wanted to thank you very much for my new and improved smile. Initially I came in for a consultation to deal with two issues: chronic tooth sensitivity and harsh coffee staining. Your office manager, Michelle, could not have made me feel more welcome with her own beautiful smile and warm manner. Both you and she made yourselves available anytime by telephone for my questions; you never hurried, and you made me feel completely at ease.

I appreciated you working with me on the budget for this mouth-project, which is the most extravagant thing I've ever done for just me. Also, I noticed all the little ways you and your staff make patients feel comfortable, such as lighting candles and providing neck pillows and blankets.

This procedure could have been nerve-wracking, but you took great care to make sure I had enough anesthetic to feel no pain. Then you called my home in the evening to make certain I was OK.

We decided on veneers in a 'no pressure' discussion. I really appreciated his personal attention in explaining the options, the procedure and the cost rather than a quick chair-side discussion and then being turned over to the 'insurance clerk'.

The dental veneer work was absolutely pain free. After the veneers were in place, Dr. Wong spent a lot of time fixing my bite to forestall further grinding and sent me home with a night guard.

I've had my share of dental work over the years and I was pleased at how Dr. Wong effectively incorporates both technology and the personal touch to make the experience absolutely pleasant. He and his staff are genuine, caring and extremely competent professionals.

The one thing I liked about Dr. Wong is that he's a perfectionist.........making sure that every teeth that he fixed looked perfect and making sure that throughout the whole procedure, I wasn't uncomfortable or could feel any discomfort. I also appreciate the follow-up calls after my dental work where Dr. Wong would call me the evening of the procedures to make sure everything was ok.

Before my dental work, I didn't smile very much and my friends told me I would always use my hands to cover my mouth when I talked or smiled, but Dr. Wong has really changed my life for the better. From being more confident to smile to just feeling better about myself, I have Dr. Wong and his great staff to thank for it all.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They help you with the complicated insurance billing and payment process.

I asked Dr Wong to restore my front teeth and give me a back bite. This was no easy job. In 4 decades of chewing without my back teeth touching, I had ground my fronts down to 1/3 their size.

More than once I was completely surprised with Dr Wong's finesse. In one day he had all my teeth prepared and the temporaries on. That night I went home and ate dinner. No Pain!

When the final teeth were installed they fit perfectly and looked fantastic. Seeing is believing, so ask him to show you my before and after shots.

It took me years to find Dr Wong and I'm glad I waited.

Dr. Wong and his staff are top notch people and professional in every way. They will work with you and make adjustments every step of the way. The process was not painful, just sometimes some very minor discomfort as I am an impaitient patient who doesn't like to sit in 1 place for any longer than 30 minutes.

The entire process was very pleasant. The doctor and his assistant made sure that I was comfortable and pain-free. Doctor's office provided individual TV /DVD and radio entertainment, warm neck pillow, and beautiful surroundings with indoor fish tanks and outdoor garden views. The chair-side manners were always extrodinary pleasant and courteous.
