I had felt for many years (I am 40+) very intimidated by the appearance of my smile/teeth. Frankly, on the other hand, I was also embarrassed by the concept of going through a purely "cosmetic" operation - it seemed very shallow to be worrying about this when people are dying of thirst.

I finally took the plunge after doing a lot of reading and after having met Bruce in his offices. He is extremely professional and capable. I received excellent service throughout, with patient, clear explanations and an appreciation of both the physical and mental aspects of the process. He will consult with you about the final product and you do not feel rushed through this.

You need to know that this is NOT a cheap step and you are talking about an upfront payment (this stunned me a little, given the amount). His costs are in line with others.

The staff make the patient instantly at home and comfortable.

I had 8 veneers and the entire process was painless. Everyone, including my exwife has commented on the exceptional cosmetic result.

He is very meticulous in his work. I am very pleased with all the work he has done for me. His assistant, Angie, is just great.

At the front office, Toni and Janna are wonderful. Janna was very helpful with my insurance billings. Everyone in his office is just so sweet. They just never seem to have a bad day.

Dr. Hartley and his thoughtful, well trained staff pay close attention to your personal concerns about the process as well as the outcome. Questions are answered, contact references are available, office is clean and comfortable, latest technolgy is used and personal comfort is considered a high priority. I felt reassured going into the procedure and throughout the entire process. The results have been rewarding beyond my expectations. I am as pleased with my smile as with the correction in bite which has greatly improved how my mouth feels.

The entire staff, from the front desk to the hygenist, to Dr. Hartley himiself, is extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. Everyone seem to truly enjoy their jobs and helping patients acheive their goals.

I always feel very comfortable about asking questions without the fear of being sold unneccessary products or proceedures.

If you are looking for the cheapest deal around, this is not the place. But if you are looking for competence, excellent customer service and a relaxing experience,

you will find all this and more at Dr. Hartley's office.

Dr. Hartley has a very easy demeanor, he doesnt try to persuade you to do anything you dont want and his staff consists of some of the most professional, helpful people I've ever met.

I've never enjoyed going to the dentist, but I must say my entire experience with everyone at Dr. Hartley's office was wonderful.
