My Fiancee is no longer working due to the economy and is in need of dental work but unfortunately has no insurance. He's in a lot of pain at the moment. I know that he needs to have some x-rays, a tooth pulled, etc. He is very unhappy with his smile and he would very much like to get his smile back. I know that this will not only make him happy but restore his confidence when he's interviewing for jobs. What can we do? We don't have insurance and are afraid of having a huge bill as dental work is expensive. What can we do? - Nora

I realize that your financee is in a difficult position of wanting a better smile so he can have that needed self confidence for interviews and the financial issues.But I want to reassure you that normally even in difficult situations like this, there are dental treatment options available to improve his appearance that are financially affordable.
