Case Description
I have a back molar, which was going to be extracted some time ago, but last night, I was eating dinner and the tooth split in two, still attached in the gums. Help I can not even bite down. I have insurance with the Bay Area Roofers Union. The last denist I went to was Hughes Medical Group, in Campbell. They had worked up all the denistry to be done on my teeth, but needed 240.00 down before starting the work. I just finished pharmacy technician program, and I could not pay that big upfront fee. Help. Thank you, Diana L Garner (408)8020072

Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Cost Estimate: $ No Estimate at this time. Additional information required.
As long as we can verify your benefits, this office can figure out your portion of your co-payment and will only require that part from you. From your description, it sounds like you will require an extraction. An estimate can only be given after a consultation appointment with x-rays to evaluate the extent of the problem and the difficulty of the required extraction. However, because of the holidays, your insurance company would not be available for us to verify your benefits and eligibilty to avoid the upfront fee that you are concerned about. It sounds like you are in severe pain. You can contact my office and call on my emergency number to discuss a possible solution to your problem.Thank you.
