Seems like you might have some acute infection. Have you been taking any antibiotics or pain killers?

It usually means that you have one or several teeth which need dental treatment asap. Please call our office or anyother to make an appointment before the pain gets any worse.

sounds like an infection....you will need to take care of this ASAP. it usually means a root canal if you want to save the tooth....please call my office for a free consultation
